1. Who we are
Mindsfy Ltd is a digital studio based in Christchurch, New Zealand. We provide web design, branding, SEO and related services. This policy covers mindsfy.com and our client portal.

2. What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly:
- Name, email and company name when you contact us or register on our portal
- Project details, files and messages you submit through the client portal
- Information included in quote requests or support tickets
- Technical data such as IP address and pages visited (via cookies, with your consent only)
3. How we use it
We use your information to deliver our services, respond to enquiries, manage your project and improve our website. We will never use it for unrelated purposes without your consent, and we never sell your data.
4. Cookies
We use three categories of cookies:
- Essential — required for the site to work. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, to understand how visitors use our site. Only loaded with your consent.
- Marketing — Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance. Only loaded with your consent.

5. Third parties
We only share data with third parties as needed to deliver our services: Google Analytics (anonymous usage data, if consented), Meta Pixel (anonymous ad data, if consented) and Hostinger (our hosting provider). We do not sell data to any third party.
Our site may link to other websites — we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
6. Storage & security
Your data is stored on Hostinger servers. We use HTTPS encryption, access controls and secure sessions. We retain client data for the duration of your engagement and up to 3 years thereafter.
7. Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. Email us at hello@mindsfy.com — we'll respond within 20 working days.
You may also contact the NZ Privacy Commissioner if you believe your rights have been breached.
